Nick Hasapes

An architectural engineer by training, Nick Hasapes built ARCO’s architectural, structural, and civil design capabilities – strengthening the integrated design-build model that gives clients single-source accountability and positioning the company for growth across increasingly complex sectors. With more than two decades at ARCO, Nick advanced through every level of operations before being named Co-CEO in January 2026. He led the expansion of ARCO’s Northeast operations and has provided executive oversight on some of the company’s most complex industrial projects across the East Coast.
Joe Matthews
Co-CEO
ARCO DB Companies, Inc.
Joe Matthews joined ARCO as a Project Manager and built his career through every role in the organization – Business Development, Regional Manager, Vice President, Divisional President – before being named Co-CEO in January 2026. With nearly three decades in the construction industry and more than two decades at ARCO, Joe has directly managed or overseen more than 100 million square feet of industrial construction. He built the vertically integrated capabilities that allow ARCO to deliver single-source accountability across an expanding range of project types.
